Director of Merchandising and Design for NEFF brand. Partnered with Shaun Neff to return the brand to it’s “NEFFY” heritage, I built and lead new creative team to re-energize the NEFF product assortment and aesthetic. By focusing on key seasonal categories including outerwear, accessories and swimwear, we endeavored to rebuild the NEFF business at our key retailers. Along with reinvigorating the core assortment, I was heavily focused on the NEFF co-brand and collaborative programs with some of the worlds largest licensees including, DISNEY, UNIVERSAL, MARVEL and WARNER BROS.

Director of Private Label Brands at The Sourcing Co. Managed and designed apparel categories for retail partners.

Merchandising Director at AMBSN.  AMBSN is an up and coming men's swimwear brand based in San Clemente, CA that is sold at better boutiques and department stores such as Ron Herman, American Rag, Surfside Sports, and Nordstrom among others.  As Merchandising Director I brought to bear over 15 years of creative industry experience to design direct, source, develop and produce the most successful line to date for Spring ’16.  By combining creative direction and solid merchandising strategies, we were able to introduce new categories, reach MOQ and grow margins.  In delivering compelling product ranges at the right price and on time, we were able to grow our retail space significantly through our core channel.  During my tenure I was also responsible for launching a European distributor for Spring ‘16 and managing an existing distributor in Japan. 

Freelance apparel design for VISSLA.  Designed inaugural young mens' outerwear collection for FALL ‘14.  

Freelance apparel design and brand story for MACHINES FOR FREEDOM. Designed and developed the first collection including the very well received Endurance Bib which has become the cornerstone of the product offering.  This is an ongoing project. 

While at ICONIX BRAND GROUP I played a key role in transforming OCEAN PACIFIC into a four season anchor brand within WALMART, the world's largest retailer.  As Fashion/Brand Director, my responsibility was to facilitate the brand launch from the product side.  I was tasked to create and execute retail strategy, trend and develop necessary relationships to maximize the OP brand within WALMART.  In 3 years, we were able to take OP to $1B in retail sales in 23 different product categories in 3 countries.   

Design Director for MONUMENT CLOTHING.  During my tenure as Design Director, I was able to double sales with my first collection. 

Designer at BILLABONG USA.  Designed and developed mens' bottoms including all walkshort and denim. 

Designer at SPLIT USA.  Designed and developed all mens' denim, casual bottoms and swimwear.  Pioneered the use of signature denim and technical stretch fabrics.
